Is shipping free?
Yes, on everything in the Store: free anywhere in Canada, with tracking. For now we ship within Canada only. Card checkout on this site opens soon; until then you can reserve by email.
How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order. We allow 2 to 5 business days for production, then usually 2 to 7 business days in transit. Christmas order-by dates are on each product page: Lake Maps by Friday, December 4; custom maps by Monday, November 30.
What are the lake map prints like?
Each map is drawn from real shoreline data (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and printed on enhanced matte paper in navy, gold or black ink on warm off-white. Choose lake only or with roads, in 12×16, 18×24 or 24×36 in. Prints ship rolled in a tube. Unframed prices are C$49 (12×16), C$69 (18×24) and C$89 (24×36); frames in those photos are for display only. Framed 12×16 versions (C$119) are being added for some lakes.
Who makes the prints?
Everything is designed by The Muskoka Parcel in Rosseau, Ontario, then made to order for you.
Can I return something?
Everything is made to order. If your order arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo and we’ll make it right. A full returns policy will be posted here before checkout opens.
Is everything a physical print?
Yes. Every order is printed to order and shipped to your door.
Can you map my lake?
Custom maps are coming soon. For now, custom orders are by email: see how it works.
Do you make clothing?
Four embroidered toques, a tee, a hoodie and a crewneck are in the Store now.
Can I buy on this website?
Soon. The Store and cart are built; card checkout (through Stripe) opens shortly, shipping to Canada. Until then, email us to reserve anything.
